Organizational Corruption
Organizational Corruption
Over 24 years I have been involved with community conflicts ranging from small town political upset to stabilization of post-conflict countries like Iraq and Sudan. In other blog fora, I address corruption as a criminal matter affecting societies.
I have discovered that much corruption in societies and governments begins with the failure of organizations and group leadership to understand organizational corruption and how decay begins long before it can be detected in financial audits.
For this reason I have decided to rededicate this blog site to
organizational corruption - in corporate, government and community organizations.
The discussions in the blog are often intense. I welcome all comments, including those by individuals that choose to comment privately.
I look forward to your participation.
